We had the Harmony H13 installed in the Decemeber 2011, although not the cheapest it was certainly the right decision. The two lads who fitted the stove where brilliant. The help and advice we got from Nigel and his team at Flamesurge was first-class and I would recommend them to anyone!

From our first visit to the cozy showroom, to the final fit of our wonderful Scan log burner.......I cannot fault Flamesurge! The service, the professional knowledge and the service we received, was second to none. The final result was even better than expected. The burner is extremely efficient and very powerful. The fitters were very neat and tidy and extremely pleasant. Your company, products and service come highly recommended! Well done! One very happy family!

I had a new Euroheat (Nestor Martin) Harmony 23 model installed by Flamesurge about 12 months ago and with the benefit of hindsight it was a great choice. The sales team in Shirley were experienced and helpful - They also had the added problem that my wife was very sceptical about living with a wood burning stove as the primary heat source in our lounge as a replacement to our old LPG gas fire - 12 months on she has actually mastered the art of fire lighting better than me....A true quality job.

Love our wood burning stove, Installed February 2012 by Flamesurge - Shirley which is local to us. The guys that came to our house to do installation were very helpfull & did a 1st class job. The stove really makes a lovely centre feature in our living room. Going to miss not lighting it when the summer comes! Many Thanks Alec & Yvonne

We purchased a wood burner from you just under 12 months ago. The pre-order service we received from you was faultless and you also gave us a good price for the gas-burning Jotul that we were replacing with a wood burner. Your fitter turned up exactly when he said he would. There were a few difficulties that hadn’t been envisaged at the time of ordering – specifically a gas pipe needed re-directing away from the stove and a wooden fireplace needed removing. Flamesurge installed a Hunter 80B which heats radiators and water.The fitter (Jason and his mate) was very knowledgable, tidy, easy to get on with and thoroughly efficient. We are very pleased with the stove and now that we have got to 'know' the boiler, it is working well. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flamesurge
